Shipping & Returns

All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. For UK delivery please allow 3-5 business days and for non-UK orders please allow 6-7 business days for delivery. You should receive tracking updates for your parcel directly from Royal Mail. 

Please note that any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel once it has reached its destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to predict these charges as customs policies vary by country. All of our orders are shipped from the UK, so if you have any queries related to custom charges it is advised that you contact your local customs. 

Please be aware that if you refuse a parcel from us, you will still be responsible for shipping charges and any additional import fees that may occur.
